1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SandClip ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SandClip for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modifying or copying the materials
Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SandClip
Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
Using the Service to generate malicious, illegal, or harmful content
Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & No Guarantee of Views or Earnings

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER — NO GUARANTEE OF FINANCIAL RESULTS, MONETIZATION, OR VIEWS:

SandClip is strictly an automated content creation and workflow tool. SandClip, its owners, operators, partners, and affiliates make NO REPRESENTATIONS, PROMISES, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES whatsoever regarding:

The number of views, impressions, likes, comments, shares, or subscribers your videos may receive.
Any financial earnings, income, revenue, advertising returns, or commercial success.
Monetization acceptance, verification, partner program qualification, or channel status on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or any third-party network.
Continuous algorithmic distribution or virality across any social media platform.

Social media algorithms, audience reception, and third-party monetization criteria are dynamic and outside of SandClip's control. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk, and that you are solely responsible for all outcomes, revenue (or lack thereof), and performance associated with the videos produced.

4. AI-Generated Content & Third-Party Platform Policies

SandClip utilizes cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (including third-party Large Language Models, text-to-speech audio engines, and generative image models) to produce scripts, images, audio, and video assemblies:

AI Unpredictability & Review: AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, unusual imagery, or artistic interpretations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and vetting all generated material before publishing.
Third-Party Compliance: You agree to abide by all Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, Copyright Policies, and Synthetic / AI Disclosure requirements imposed by YouTube (Google), TikTok (ByteDance), Instagram / Facebook (Meta), and any other destination platform.
Account Penalties: SandClip is not responsible or liable for any strikes, shadowbans, account suspensions, restrictions, or algorithmic demotions imposed on your third-party social media accounts by external platform moderators or automated filters.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall SandClip, its directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business goodwill, lost revenue, account termination, or other intangible losses arising from:

Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
Any third-party conduct or content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or related networks.
Any content generated, published, or distributed through the Service.
Unauthorized access, corruption, or alteration of your content or transmissions.

6. Accuracy of Materials & Service Modifications

The materials appearing on SandClip could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SandClip does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. SandClip may make changes to features, voice models, art styles, or software configurations at any time without prior notice.

7. Modifications of Terms of Service

SandClip may revise these terms of service for its Service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Douala, Cameroon for any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of these Terms.

9. User Responsibilities & Content Guidelines

Users are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
All activities and video generations that occur under your account.
Ensuring content generated does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
Complying with all applicable local and international laws.

             Content Guidelines — Zero Tolerance: Users must not create or schedule content that:
            Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, or harassment.
Depicts non-consensual imagery, sexually explicit material, or child exploitation.
Defames, libels, or impersonates real individuals without explicit legal consent.
Spreads medical disinformation, fraudulent financial schemes, or illegal activities.

        

10. Subscription, Pricing & Billing

Current Active Plans:

Starter Plan: $19.00 / month ($190.00 / year). Includes 1 active series, 3 automated videos per week, 1080p Full HD vertical video, standard voices and styles.
Premium Plan: $39.00 / month ($390.00 / year). Includes up to 2 active series, daily automated videos (7/week), ultra-crisp rendering, no watermark, episodic continuity, priority support.
Super Plan: $69.00 / month ($690.00 / year). Includes up to 4 active series, 2 automated videos per day (14/week), priority queue processing, no watermark, VIP support.

All payments are securely processed via authorized payment processors including Swychr (Mobile Money & Card network). Subscriptions renew according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

Subject to timely subscription payment, SandClip grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to commercially exploit, monetize, and publish the final video files generated by your account on social platforms, provided you remain in full compliance with these Terms.

12. User-Generated Content & Storage

Users retain ownership of the unique scripts and concepts they submit. By using the Service, you grant SandClip a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transcode, and store the assets solely to provide and improve the Service. Temporary and intermediate render files may be cleaned up periodically according to server retention policies.

13. Third-Party Services & API Connectivity

SandClip integrates with third-party APIs (including YouTube API Services, TikTok APIs, ElevenLabs, and generative AI services). You agree to comply with all respective third-party terms. SandClip is not responsible for API outages, quota limits, algorithm updates, or policy shifts originating from external providers.

14. Account Termination

SandClip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if they violate these Terms, engage in abusive API usage, chargeback without cause, or produce prohibited content.
