We work with trusted infrastructure, AI, and billing providers to deliver the Service. These partners process data under strict data protection terms and include:

• AI & Generation Engines: OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and image diffusion clusters. Prompts and generation scripts may be transmitted to generate voiceover, visuals, and scripts. We do NOT sell your prompts or generation data for third-party public model training.
• Payment & Mobile Money Infrastructure: Swychr Payment Gateway (AccountPe) and authorized regional payment rail providers (MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, Credit Card acquirers). Payment credentials and phone numbers are securely transmitted for real-time authorization. SandClip never stores your full debit/credit card numbers or Mobile Money PINs.
• Cloud Storage & Delivery: Backblaze B2, Cloudflare, and dedicated rendering servers for secure video asset delivery and processing.

5.2 With Destination Social Media Platforms

When you authorize SandClip to connect to YouTube (Google API Services), TikTok, or Instagram (Meta), we interact with their official developer APIs to publish and schedule your videos. By connecting your channels, you also agree to the respective platform privacy policies:

5.3 With Law Enforcement

We may disclose information if:
