Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SandClip ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SandClip for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SandClip
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
• Using the Service to generate malicious, illegal, or harmful content
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

3. Disclaimer

The materials on SandClip are provided on an 'as is' basis. SandClip makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SandClip or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SandClip, even if SandClip or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on SandClip could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SandClip does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. SandClip may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

6. Materials Modifications

SandClip has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SandClip of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications of Terms of Service

SandClip may revise these terms of service for its Service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring content generated does not violate copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting the rights and dignity of others
• Not uploading illegal, harassing, defamatory, or offensive content

10. Subscription & Billing

Plan Terms:

• Hobby ($19/month): 1 active series, 3 posts per week
• Daily ($39/month): 3 active series, 1 video per day per series
• Pro ($69/month): 10 active series, 2 videos per day per series

All subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Users may cancel at any time. Refunds are not available for partial months.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by SandClip, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content they create. By uploading content, you grant SandClip a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.

13. Third-Party Services

SandClip integrates with third-party services (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Users agree to comply with the terms of service and policies of these platforms. SandClip is not responsible for content published on these platforms or actions taken by these service providers.

14. Account Termination

SandClip reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Remove content that violates policies or applicable laws
• Take legal action against users engaged in illegal activities

15. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall SandClip, its directors, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or access to the Service.
